Valuation Fees Payable

Although Commercial Loan Company does not charge upfront fees, valuation fees will be payable on most applications. The fees are government regulated and range from 0.15%- 0.2% of the property value plus vat with a minimum of £470 inclusive. The report will be done in favour of the lending bank and a copy will be forwarded by the valuer to the applicant.
